Optimisa announces that pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they received formal notification today that as at 25 November 2008, Foresight VCT 3 plc no longer had a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company.
