Director/PMDR Shareholding and Transaction in own shares

The Company was notified on: 23 January 2009 that:

Ron Littleboy, Chairman of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 January 2009 at a price of 25 pence per ordinary share.

Simon Dannatt, Chief Executive, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 January 2009 through his self invested personal pension plan at a price of 25 pence per ordinary share.

David Rankin, Director, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 January 2009 through his self invested personal pension plan at a price of 25 pence per ordinary share.

Jonathan Waters, Director, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 January 2009 at a price of 25 pence per ordinary share.

The Company also announces that on 23 January 2009 it purchased and transferred 9,006 ordinary shares in the Company into treasury.: Following the above purchase the Company now holds a total of 13,016 ordinary shares in treasury.: The number of ordinary shares excluding treasury shares in issue is therefore 8,897,074.

As such, Ron Littleboy, Simon Dannatt, David Rankin and Jonathan Waters have the following interests in the voting rights of the Company as at 23 January 2009:
